Experience this Spring evening with a sound meditation with Shaamaahs. Shaamaahs is a project developed by a Twin Cities musician to perform a unique form of ambient music involving Tuvan Throat Singing, Mantra, Himalayan Singing Bowls, and Subtle Symphonic Soundscapes. This sound meditation can help achieve focus and rediscovery of inner awareness. The goal of all Shaamaahs compositions is to provide an experience that has the potential to relax, improve health, explore inward, and reach the true teacher and ultimate intelligence in all of us.
