  • When a spot opens up, clients on the waitlist are given an amount of time to respond and say if they're attending or not.

The amount of time given depends on how long until the class begins:

    • 48 hours before class: 12 hours to respond

    • 47 to 13 hours before class: 4 hours to respond

    • Less than 13 hours before class: 5 mins to respond

Once a client's time ends, the next client on the list will be given a chance to take the spot. A client can register anytime after their time begins, even if the next person in line is given time as long as there's an open spot.

If all waitlist client's time runs out and there's still an open spot, the class is opened up to the public as an available spot.

Clients will receive a notification to their phone alerting them when they can reserve a spot.

  • As a fitness organization, Northeast Fitness cares not only about your fitness goals, but we understand that gaining fitness both relies on and improves your overall health. We care greatly about your health and safety, and ask that you consider the following recommendations:

    • First, if you have limitations, injuries, or medical concerns, please let your instructor know before class. All NE Fitness instructors are professionals adept at providing modifications to make the workout safe and effective for you.

    • Take the workout at your own pace. If you need a pause to catch your breath or let your muscles recover, feel free to do so at any time. We are a judgment free gym.

    • If an exercise feels awkward or painful, stop, and ask your instructor for assistance.

    • Come to class well fueled and well hydrated. Working muscles need water and nutrients to perform their best. After class, refuel your body by having a meal or snack rich in protein and carbohydrates. This after workout meal lays the stores that your body will use in your next workout.

    • When you arrive at class, take a moment to use the provided hand sanitizer. Wipe your equipment carefully after use in preparation for the next person. Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer after your workout.

    • If you have health conditions that would make exposure to illness more dangerous to you, feel free to wear a mask in the gym. You may notice other class participants doing the same thing.

    • And finally, please stay home if you are feeling ill. Remarkably, Northeast Fitness has only had to notify class participants of Covid exposure twice during the entire pandemic. This is largely because of how respectful our members have been to each other, and how conscientious you have all been at monitoring yourself for symptoms of illness and canceling class if you needed. We thank you for this.

  • Does your insurance offer fitness reimbursement? Northeast Fitness is approved for most major carriers. Available for monthly or annual membership holders, contact us for enrollment.
