Northeast Fitness offers a great array of classes – From yoga to strength training, you get a mix of different types of workouts.  My personal favorite is T&T which combines the Pilates Reformer trampoline with TRX in circuits.  Small class sizes ensure you’ll get in a tough workout.  Highly recommend. – Makayla, Google

This gym is such a gem. It’s small and focuses on group classes such as spin, TRX, barre, reformer pilates, and such. The two owners teach most of the classes and since they are literally invested and they want to make your experience as kick ass as possible. It has a small, personal feel to it, like an extension of your home in that the instructors soon remember your name and it’s very chill. It’s not a competitive place and not the slightest bit snooty. There is a lot of diversity in who attends their classes.  You’ll see 50 year olds and 20 year olds. The classes are easily modified to suit every ability so it works for everyone. I’m so sad to be moving away but at least they have a lot of class package options so I can hopefully still visit every now and then. – Stephanie, Yelp

Total Body Strength Training

At Northeast Fitness, our strength circuits combine free weights, kettlebells, TRX suspension training, and a variety of fun fitness toys to give you a great total-body workout.  Always fun, always different, always challenging.  Come get your sweat on in our Northeast treehouse!

Realryder Indoor Cycling

Once you take a ride on a Realryder, you’ll never go back to a standard stationary bike.  The Realryder is on an articulating frame that works your core and upper body as you’re getting your spin on.  A total body cycle experience like no other, you’ll be dripping with sweat as you increase your cardiovascular endurance while strengthening your core.

Krankcycle Upper Body Cycling

Here at Northeast Fitness, we have a love affair with the Krankcycle.  Think biking with your arms, allowing you to work you upper body while getting the same cardiovascular benefits as spinning.  The Krankcycle is also a great option if you have foot, knee, hip, or balance issues that make traditional spinning difficult.

Reformer & Barre Pilates

Strengthen, lengthen, and improve flexibility with our Pilates options at Northeast Fitness.  We offer Stott Reformer Pilates and Barre Pilates in both traditional classes and circuit classes to tighten your core, strengthen your body, and marry your movement & breathing.  A great compliment to traditional strength training!


Northeast Fitness offers yoga classes in our beautiful tree-house like setting.  Calm your body and mind with a restorative yoga session, put in some work in power yoga, or try out our Spin-Yin class for a unique Realryder cycle + Yin Yoga fusion workout.

Piloxing Barre

The world famous fusion of Pilates + boxing has taken the world by storm. In this game-changing new program, Piloxing goes to the Barre. Piloxing Barre is high energy yet focused – fluid yet Powerful. In this 45 minute cardio program, you lengthen, you strengthen, you box, you sweat.  *Note: Must attend one introductory workshop, held every Wednesday and one Saturday per month, to sign up for Piloxing Barre classes.*

Corporate Workouts

We offer private small-group training at your workplace for quick & effective HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts.  Have a gym in your space?  Great, we will use it!  No gym?  No problem!  We can create a workout using primarily body weight exercises so you can get it in without having to leave the office.  We also offer private group workouts in the gym, contact us for details!

Nutrition Coaching

Are you ready to transform your life from the inside out? Feel free to take advantage of one free trial class to give Northeast Fitness a test drive!  Any drop-in classes after your free trial class are $20 each.

Trial Month

Want to try out a little bit of everything from our class offerings?  Sign up for a trial month 40-class membership package for $59.  You’ll have a 2-week booking window and access to any of our group fitness classes.  Stop on by and give us a whirl!

Unlimited Annual Membership

Enjoy UNLIMITED classes for a full 12-months for just $2000, including tax!  Your Unlimited membership is a 25% savings over paying monthly, and includes a 4-week booking window, 2 FREE late cancels, 2 FREE guest passes each month, 10% off all retail purchases, and access to open gym time on our schedule.

Monthly 12-Class Membership

Enjoy 12-Classes per month for the low price of $135!  Any classes over 12 attended will be billed at only $8 per class at the end of the month, that’s 60% off our drop-in rate!  Your 12-Class membership will be billed on the 1st of the month, and includes a 2-week booking window, 1 FREE late cancel, 2 FREE guest passes each month, and access to open gym time on our schedule.

Unlimited Monthly Membership

Enjoy UNLIMITED classes each month for the low price of $225, including tax!  Your Unlimited membership will be billed on the 1st of the month, and includes a 4-week booking window, 2 FREE late cancels, 2 FREE guest passes each month, 10% off all retail purchases, and access to open gym time on our schedule.

Household 24-Class Membership

Have a roomie?  Significant other?  Share 24-Classes per month for the low price of $185!  Any classes over 24 attended will be billed at only $8 per class at the end of the month, that’s 60% off our drop-in rate!  Your Household membership will be billed on the 1st of the month, and includes a 2-week booking window, 1 FREE late cancel, 2 FREE guest passes each month, and access to open gym time on our schedule.  This membership is for (2) people sharing the same physical address and one payment method.

High Five Punch Card

Available to any current members, purchase a 5-class guest pass so you can have family & friends tag along to your workout.  $50 for one punch card, a savings of 50% off our drop in rate for 5 visits!  Not available online, contact us to purchase!

Guaranteed Placement Classes

4-Week Guaranteed Placement Sessions – $135 non-members, $100 members.  No need to fight the crowds, with guaranteed placement you’ll have a reserved spot for a 4-week session on your very own reformer carriage.

90-Day Class Packages

Planning on multiple visits, but not quite ready to commit to a recurring membership?  Purchase one of our class packages, good for 90 days, and get your workouts in for a lower price per visit than our drop-in rate.  The more classes you commit to, the deeper the discount!  5-classes for $90, 10-classes for $170.

Insurance Reimbursement

Health Insurance Reimbursement

Northeast Fitness members can take advantage of their health club reimbursement program from most major insurance carriers.  Details vary with your provider, but most will get a $20 reimbursement for your monthly membership for attending at least 12 classes.  Contact us for more information or to enroll!

Parking & Policies

Your First Visit

We’re located right next to Psycho Suzi’s Motor Lounge on the riverfront at 1828 Marshall Street Northeast, Suite #19.  Parking is available in the lot in front of our building, come a little early to grab a parking pass to display in your vehicle.  There is also ample free street parking (how ample dependent upon how close to Psycho Suzi’s happy hour you arrive!).  If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out your paperwork and get set up on the equipment.  See you soon!

Cancellation Policies

Any class cancellations must be done through our Mindbody booking system, or by calling us at 612.367.4161.  All daytime and evening classes must be cancelled 2-hours or more before class time, and all morning classes must be cancelled by 8pm the evening prior.  Any cancellations outside of those windows will be considered late cancellations and incur a $10 fee.  Our recurring memberships offer 1or 2 free late cancels per month depending upon the membership, see details above for more information.  All monthly recurring memberships can be cancelled with 30-days notice, in person, by phone at 612.367.4161, or by email at info@ne.fitness.
