Strength and conditioning classes are held in this fully equipped gym space! Located under the Marshall Street River Lofts awning is the Basement. There is a code needed to access The Basement and it will be provided when you register for your first class.

Class options

+ Strength and Conditioning
- Strength & Conditioning: Build strength and your cardiovascular fitness. These circuit-based classes include weightlifting, using a variety of equipment, and bodyweight moves.
- ABSolutely Arms: An upperbody and core focused class that uses bodyweight and strength training equipment, along with circuits and TRX training to get you results!
- Express: get the same workout in 30 minutes!
- Butts and Guts: A lowerbody and core focused class that uses bodyweight and strength training equipment, along with circuits and TRX training to get you results!
- Express: get the same workout in 30 minutes!
- Full Body Friday: Get a full body workout to kick off your weekend! Total body strength training with all of your favorite equipment. You'll hit a little bit of everything in this class to strengthen those muscles for a full-body workout.
- Express: get the same workout in 30 minutes!
- Weight Training: Total body strength training specifically focused on medium rep ranges with adequate rest in between to help build muscle over time.
- Power Hour: A workout that's main focus is building strength. This class will center around 3 main lifts that will be done by everyone for 5 reps and 5 sets. We will keep track of your progress and what weight you are successful with to build upon the following class.
- Hell's bells: Gain strength and endurance while feeling the burn! Kettlebell training combines strength and cardio in total body movement for an efficient and effective total-body workout! Weights recommended, but not necessary.
- Express: get the same workout in 30 minutes!
- HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts followed by short and sometimes active periods of rest. This high-energy class is an efficient workout full of variety.
- Classes include: HIIT, Barre HIIT
- Mobility: This class will maximize functional mobility. The class consists of dynamic movements to increase your available range of motion. The goal is to work joints near the end range to give you more control and garner trust from your nervous system to expand movement potential.
+ Pilates
- Mat Pilates: Mat Pilates classes are for beginners to advanced Pilates students. With a focus on the core, which is all of your body from the shoulders through the hips, you will strengthen, move with control, and stretch through Pilates exercises done on the mat. With attention on your breath and movement, Pilates creates a mind-body relationship as you exercise. Adaptations and modifications are offered in Mat Pilates all levels classes. Virtual classes available.
- Pilates Foundations: Pilates Foundations is for anyone looking for a Pilates practice of foundational exercises primarily taught on the reformer, and an introduction to other Pilates apparatus, such as the Stability Chair, Tower, and Cadillac. This class can be an introduction to Pilates equipment (mostly reformer) before taking other Pilates classes or a review of the basics! Class size 5.
- Reformer Pilates: Reformer Pilates classes use the reformer, a piece of Pilates equipment that provides resistance and support through springs, use of straps, and pulleys, and a carriage that glides. Exercises can be regressed (prep exercises) and progressed (made more challenging.) Accessories may be added to provide support in learning or an extra challenge! Come for a fun, full body workout. Leave feeling strong and good all over! Class size 5.
- Pilates Equipment: In Pilates Equipment you will broaden your practice through the use of Pilates Apparatus such as the reformer with jumpboard / cardiotramp, Stability Chair, Tower and Cadillac. Leading with core strength you coordinate your breath and movement in exercises designed to increase strength, improve functional movement, and promote well-being. Experience a Pilates practice that will leave you feeling stronger and accomplished. This class is for you if you have some Pilates knowledge and experience. Class size 10.
- Treehouse Circuit: Treehouse Circuit is a fast paced, Pilates-based circuit. Exercise stations throughout the front and back Treehouse studios may include mat work, tower, TRX, stability chair, Halo Trainers, and reformer with/without jumpboard and cardio tramp. Accessories such as bands, fitness circles, gliders, weights, balls, and the Bosu may be used to add challenge and fun to your workout! This class is best suited for those with some knowledge of Pilates principles and experience in circuit training. Class size 15.
+ Barre
- Barre HIIT: Tighten and tone your body while improving balance and the mind-body connection. This class is a combination of pilates and barre-based movements. Enjoy a slow burn as you workout!
+ Yoga
- Vinyasa yoga: Connect your breath to movement while building flexibility, strength, and focus. Build heat in this flowing practice that will challenge your body and your mind. You’ll leave feeling stronger and relaxed.
- Yin yoga: Relax and unwind while calming the body and mind. Gain flexibility, mobility, and release stress in this slow-moving, long holds practice.
- Sculpt and Tone: This class incorporates body movements, burst cardio, and yoga postures for a mix of strength and mobility. Sculpt and Tone will challenge both mind and body by providing an energetic workout with the mental benefits of traditional yoga.
- Gentle Yoga: This yoga class is a gentle and slower style of hatha yoga practice with a focus on mindful movement. Transitions from and to the floor are limited. Every class includes breathwork and relaxation.
