Sarah Mortenson

Sarah holds a BFA in dance from the University of Minnesota and is a STOTT-certified
Pilates instructor. As a dancer, she loves finding creative ways to maximize the
movement and flow of her workouts and believes Pilates is an empowering tool for focus,
relaxation, healing, and strength. Sarah is passionate about helping people feel at home in
their bodies and thinks that every body can enjoy the benefits of Pilates!
