Paige Wingate

Fitness has always been an important part of Paige’s life. Growing up, she was always playing a sport, training for something, or exercising for fun. Introducing yoga gave her the much-needed practice of slowing down, and moving mindfully and intentionally, which allowed her to stay active and reduce injury. She fell in love with yoga’s graceful dance-like nature, and it eventually became her primary form of movement. Paige began teaching yoga in 2013. Since then she has been expanding her fitness repertoire. She currently teaches Yoga, Barre, and is working toward her comprehensive Pilates certification. Paige is excited to be part of the Northeast Fitness Community!
