Kendra is new to the Northeast Fitness FitFam as the owner and client! She is an ACE certified group fitness instructor, working her way to personal trainer. She loves deadlifting (single leg or double) and personal goals are to do some pull-ups and do the worm.
Kendra teaches weight training, Hell’s Bells, the Lunch Bell! and Lunch Crunch! She loves encouraging people to lift heavy things. Come join a class and sweat it out.
