Kiersten is an NASM certified personal trainer from Michigan. She played sports most of her adolescence and got into distance running in college. After knee injuries, she started exploring and incorporating all different forms of exercise like HIIT, yoga, boxing, climbing, cycling and weight lifting. She has a special place in her heart for weight lifting and loves teaching others specific techniques and proper form. Her goal is to help clients gain strength and confidence while supporting them in taking care of their mental and emotional health in the process. She believes fitness is an important tool that can help bring balance to our lives and hopes to help others find that balance.
