Jean Berschens

For Jean physical fitness is a state of health and wellbeing, and for many years she has been studying mat Pilates, eventually progressing to the reformer.

Pilates has changed her body thoroughly and helped her with correcting posture issues from earlier injury. She believes it is a great way for her to stay fit and focused on her body, also learning from the saying that a body that is balanced in strength and flexibility is less likely to be injured.

Now with the encouragement of Andria and Sarah she has become one of the Northeast Fitness instructors and is keen to learn how to teach others interested in Pilates.
