Diane has been passionate about sharing yoga with others for over a decade. Since being introduced to yoga in 2006, Diane has seen her own practice evolve and transform her life- supporting her through 12 intensive years in the Beauty Industry. Realizing the positive impact yoga has had on her mind, body, and wellbeing, Diane began teaching yoga and fitness full-time in 2018. With deep dives into Bikram, Vinyasa style yoga, and Barre – Diane loves to take the journey of exploration with anyone who is curious about yoga and what it can do for them.
