The Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year, marks the end of a season of increasing darkness. In the darkness it is our nature to turn inward, reflecting on the end of a completed growing season. The Winter Solstice invites the return of light shining on newly forming intentions, helping us build energy to call on our will to take action. This practice will focus on inviting the light, the energy, and our will as we plant the seeds of intention for the new year.
