What is Pilates Remix?
Pilates remix is a high energy, low-impact, full-body workout using a combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and traditional Pilates principles. This class will test your overall fitness with non-stop movement focused on strengthening your cardio, balance, core strength and use of breath. No two Pilates Remix classes will ever be the same! You’ll be challenged through body weight movements, tabata training and balance work to help achieve the lengthening and fine tuning of your muscles. We will work on a mat and will sometimes add a band or block for an extra burn!
This workshop is FREE and open to everyone!
