Join Fredrick for an invigorating extended yoga session where you’ll explore the basic asanas (postures).
Within the format of a typical Power Yoga class, he’ll break down the proper form of many fundamental poses. You’ll have the chance to try things out, ask questions, gain confidence, and play while you learn.
This will be a foundation-building workshop that will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate, but intuitive pace. It’s an awesome way to learn the basics in a laid-back environment.
Yoga Essentials is a great opportunity for beginners (and those new to yoga) to get comfortable with connecting their breath to movement. Also, experienced yogis can improve their form and alignment.
