Post St. Patty’s Day Fitness Shenanigans

We know how you Nordeasters roll on St. Patrick’s Day! We’re pushing back timing on our March 18th Saturday morning workouts for the morning after and have a few special workouts planned to get rid of that green beer hangover:

-FREE 8am Preworkout Juice Bar to help detox your system with local, fresh-pressed green juice.

-9am to 11am St. Patrick’s Day 2-Hour Body Revolution – 90 minutes of Spin & Strength with Liz & Sarah capped off with 30 minutes of Yoga with Autumn.

-9am to 11am St. Patrick’s Day Barre-Lates with Andria & Amy – sign up for one hour or both for a fun Reformer & Barre PIlates circuit class.
